Multiple apartment complexes are located within a five minute drive of the Deer Valley campus. Here is a list of some local apartment complexes:

*Deer Valley Village provides the flight school housing for many of our contract students. TransPac Aviation Academy runs regular scheduled bus service between the Deer Valley Airport Campus and Deer Valley Village Apartments
