Among the new hires are four familiar faces – recent graduates of TransPac.

“We welcome these new CFIs as we expand our staff and continue our quest to continuously improve our student instruction and educational environment,” said Stephen Goddard, CEO and president of TransPac. We’re proud to bring into the fold four individuals who did their initial flight training with the academy.”
The TransPac Aviation Academy alums are Paul Neils, Jay Mead, Dustin Schmid and Eli Ortiz. The remaining 14 new hires come from throughout the United States.

This new class of certified flight instructors is part of TransPac’s Career Path Program, which offers students who qualify the opportunity to work as a flight instructor at the academy as they earn hours toward their aviation goals. Adding this batch of CFIs to staff will increase the total number of instructors from 100 to 118.
