ATP Program

To obtain your Airline Transport Pilot Certification, you will be required to demonstrate proficiency and knowledge to levels beyond prior pilot certifications. The TransPac Airline Transport Pilot Certification (ATP) Course is designed to be an efficient and cost effective way for instrument-proficient pilots to prepare for and take the ATP Practical Flight Exam.

To ensure success in this fast paced course, it is imperative that the student arrives having completed in depth home study of the course materials provided. You can have your written completed or be prepared to take the ATP Knowledge Exam upon your arrival at an additional cost of $140.

Three day course schedule

Day 1 Classroom

Requirements for the Airline Transport Pilot Certification:

Be at least 23 years of age and be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
Be of good moral character
Hold at least a Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument rating in the appropriate category and class of aircraft
1,500 hours total time
500 hours cross country flight time
100 hours of night flight time
75 hours of instrument flight time; simulated or actual
Pass the ATP Aeronautical Knowledge Test
Pass the ATP Practical Test
